Hiring teachers who motivate children to learn, grow and thrive in a safe, supportive environment is a critical component in the overall success of a school. At Dasmesh School, this is most certainly so. Finding the right teachers for our classrooms is one of our central goals. In the everchanging landscape that is international education, the recruitment process can be frought with obstacles and potential challenges. We know this all to well. But, if certain guiding principles are adhered to, the rewards may be many, while the pitfalls few. How do we ensure quality personnel enters our school each time we recruit? Essentially, we follow a process that we steadfastly adhere to. When we follow the steps below, we ensure that due diligence is undertaken with respect to bringing new staff into the school community. There is never a failsafe, but by keeping to certain guidelines and principles and by following best practice, Dasmesh School does its utmost to ensure the hiring of quality, vetted staff, free from prior history of misconduct. |

During the hiring process, Dasmesh School will ensure the following be completed: • Personal interview/s with candidate • Credential checks • Reference checks • Criminal Record checks The above will apply to administration, teaching faculty, administration staff, school maintenance staff, and where possible and to best of our abilities, school volunteers, contractors, vendors and service providers. |
